Internet World

Brief

To work with Internet Worlds creative and technical partners to create an event website which presents lots of content in an easy to consume manner and which encourages users to return regularly. This needed to be accessible to multiple target audiences with different needs, from exhibitors, to visitors and the press.

Solution

Following usability sessions we worked with Internet World on the wireframing and information architecture as these were key to presentation of content and ultimately the sites success. A great deal of time was spent ensuring the homepage and other key content pages weighted content according to the different needs.

The site allows for scalability as information is scaled up in preparation for the event. There are also many engaging features which allow the different target audiences to interact in a community environment. For example, once registered users can access white papers, media assets and develop their own network of members.

'We worked with Red Ant on the design of the current Internet World website. This included implementation of creative direction and completion of website usability activities. Timelines for this project were extremely aggressive and Red Ant worked hard to ensure our delivery dates were met while being on brief and within budget. The Red Ant team were helpful and always offered advice and further recommendations. Their knowledge and understanding of digital strategies and how events work was invaluable, it ensured that the usability behind the creative was thoroughly walked through before being created and sent through to us.'
