Brief

To develop a global website that reflects the Designers Guild brand through the combination of creativity and innovation. The website needed to reflect multiple objectives, allowing users to purchase some products online as well as browse full collections and save preferences.

Solution

We have created an online brand identity for Designers Guild which compliments their offline offering. This has been deployed across a Global website, UK online shop and US online shop. It was of utmost importance that the highly regarded Designers Guild brand was maintained and this is apparent through the beautiful online experience. Our creative focus was the exceptional photography and letting the products speak for themselves in a visual manner.

The e-commerce solution was created to increase sales opportunities through merchandising and internal promotion. It is also fully integrated with the existing order management system.

One of the site challenges was how to manage the 20,000 design swatches. This has been addressed through the development of a multi option filter search which allows the user to refine their selections. As their search is narrowed design swatches are visually displayed and refreshed.

  • Increase in revenue of 500% since site launch
