London and Quadrant goes live
Posted on 12 May 2009
Red Ant is excited to announce the launch of London and Quadrant’s (one of the UKs largest charitable housing associations) brand new, rebranded and customer-focused website. The launch comes following the L&Q merger with Tower Homes and aims to communicate to the public that the two organisations are now one.
Designed to be focused on the visitors needs, the websites central homepage is split into two defined audience groups, residents and visitors looking to buy, part-buy or part-rent a home. From these pages, visitors can enter their new site with content targeted specifically to their needs.
There is easily accessible information and help provided for first time buyers and key workers to provide them with the knowledge they need to buy their home. Home buyers are offered a dynamic search facility to find their dream property. They can search for a property via distance from a postcode or, if they prefer, they can use the visual search provided by Google maps.
The site also caters for all L&Q residents, and all previous customers of Tower Homes with information on repairs and maintenance, rent, home transfers and mutual exchanges. As well as an enhanced user experience, the site aims to provide residents with all the information they will need whilst maintaining an uncluttered and easy to use interface. It covers tips and advice, repairs and home transfers and offers the opportunity for residents to have their say in the feedback section.
