To develop a highly accurate web based application that gives home buyers and sellers a true indication of the value of a property in today’s economic climate.

Red Ant strategy

Red Ant worked closely with economists to create an Automated Valuation Model (AVM), capturing pricing trends across key property attributes from a sample of properties across the UK.

Tactics

• The application allows users to generate a report containing information on local house price performance, local property market analysis, how to improve the value of your property and information on neighbourhood services such as schools, GP's and crime rates
• A mobile application was developed in parallel to allow buyers and sellers to retrieve accurate valuations on the move, creating an additional increase of valuations requested
